Serco Canada Inc. seeks a Driver Examiner to provide DriveTest examination services. You will assess vehicle handling, traffic-law compliance, safe driving practices, and responses to stressful situations. The position also involves licensing information, applicant verification, and road-test administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct G2 and G road tests for applicants
Evaluate vehicle mechanics, handling, regulations, and protected driving
Provide results, errors, and improvement details
Complete road-test evaluation forms accurately
Answer licensing enquiries and explain retest procedures
Requirements:
GED or high school diploma required
Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
At least four years of verified driving experience
Two years of demonstrated excellent customer service experience
Intermediate computer skills and robust decision-making abilities
