As Manager, Coupa Enablement and Administration, you will oversee Coupa system operations, governance, reporting, and user support. The work includes Procure-to-Pay policy deployment, supplier integration, master data, and cross-functional project coordination. You will support hospitals across MVH.

Key Responsibilities:
Own Coupa administration, rollouts, upgrades, access, and master data
Lead Procure-to-Pay policy deployment across EMEA business units
Coordinate supplier integrations, releases, conversions, and special projects
Improve purchasing processes, workflows, catalogs, and data integrity




Coach users and develop Infrastructure Coupa systems associates

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred
Eight-plus years’ procurement experience with systems and project management
Five-plus years of Coupa experience required
Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams required
Healthcare or hospital purchasing experience preferred
