This Data Architect designs solutions supporting FSRA’s strategic business goals and regulatory requirements. The role translates business needs into models, processes, and architecture artifacts. It collaborates with IT, analytics, business stakeholders, vendors, and the Architecture Review Board.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead data solution architecture, design, and deployment
Develop strategies supporting integrity, security, availability, and storage
Design models and implement extraction, transformation, and loading processes
Establish governance policies for quality, security, and regulatory compliance




Maintain assets, metadata, repositories, and architecture artifacts

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
Seven or more years in data architecture and modeling
Experience with SQL, NoSQL, warehousing, ETL, and cloud platforms
Knowledge of FIPPA, PIPEDA, metadata, governance, and quality frameworks
Excellent technical communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
