Overview

The Commercial Restoration Foreman leads in office crews completing commercial restoration projects, coordinating daily work to meet safety, quality, schedule, and scope requirements. This hands-on role works closely with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and crew members to keep projects organized and moving forward. This is a working foreman role.

Duties
Physically preform work
Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and daily job-site activities.
Plan work sequences, assign tasks, and monitor progress against project schedules.
Promote secure work practices and ensure the team follows site procedures and applicable requirements.
Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and alignment with project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents to guide field execution.
Track labor, materials, equipment, and job-site needs; communicate issues that may affect project budgets or timelines.
Support budgeting and construction estimating by documenting quantities, labor needs, and scope changes.
Maintain clear project records, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality-control documentation.




Use construction management software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6, as applicable, to review documents, coordinate work, and track project progress.
Coordinate with project leadership to resolve field challenges and communicate schedule, scope, or quality concerns.

Experience
Construction experience, preferably on commercial restoration or related projects.
Supervising experience leading crews or coordinating subcontractors in the field.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction specifications.
Familiarity with quality control, budgeting, and construction estimating.
Experience with construction management software; knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 is preferred.
Robust organization, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
