Senior Plant Administrator

Job Summary:

Our client in North York is seeking a Senior Plant Administrator to support manufacturing workflow and production scheduling. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES
Work with Specials department Leadhands to Maintain and prioritize the daily shipping list.
Update MCR on completion of rush orders and parts that need to be sent out for additional processing with outside suppliers.
Enter completed production orders into the system and print shipping tags for each item.
Check if component stock is up to date and inform cycle counter to make adjustments in the system as required.
Check negative inventory report and report required production orders or inform cycle counter to make the required adjustments.
Process all Sample, Outsource and PPAP orders for shipping and collaborate with applicable departments.
Supply and distribute the pre-shift checklist and daily production sheets for all the machines.




Reply and follow up email requests from MCR, Q.C, Production control and Engineering.
Act as a backup for Leadhands
Perform all other duties reasonable to the position, as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications:

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proficient computer knowledge and skills (Word, Excel, Google, BAAN)
High degree of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Good decision making skills
Valuable analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Detail-orientated
Identify and report any hazard(s) in their workplace
Consistently follows EHS general rules and procedures and is aware of the EHS policy and Quality requirements
Demonstrates valuable initiative for working safely, reporting hazards, and participating in EHS. #AES3#
