Responsibilities
Deliver qualified hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
Perform esthetician services such as facials, skin treatments, waxing, and other skincare procedures with attention to sanitation and safety standards
Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue




Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries in a friendly manner
Foster strong communication with clients to ensure they feel valued and informed about their treatments and products

Skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with diverse clients
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and skincare treatments
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic work setting
Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
Experience with retail sales processes and front desk operations preferred
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
