As Product Manager, High-Tech, you will maximize product portfolio potential by connecting customer insights, regional markets, and product strategy. You will support market share and gross margin through variety positioning, current variety advancement, and regional planning. The role partners across Sales, Portfolio Management, Product Development, Marketing, and Breeding.

Key Responsibilities:
Optimize variety positioning using regional sales and forecasts
Co-create crop segment plans from customer and market insights
Provide product insights supporting breeding and development
Lead variety advancement proposals and seed allocation decisions




Align product and customer strategies across functions

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture, plant science, business, or related field
Eight or more years of relevant experience
Knowledge of tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers
Robust agricultural, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to travel frequently across Canada, United States, Mexico, and Netherlands
