Lead regional healthcare programs at BQWCHC using operational coordination and team leadership to strengthen responsive services for clients and communities.

The Manager of Regional Programs provides leadership and oversight for Virtual Care, Lung Health, Lower Limb Preservation, and Oral Health programs. As a management team member, this position represents regional program priorities in planning and strategic discussions. It supports collaboration, continuous quality improvement, and measurable outcomes aligned with regional priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership to regional program teams
Coordinate service delivery with management and partner organizations
Lead annual planning and performance evaluation activities
Monitor budgets, policies, procedures,



and data submissions
Represent BQWCHC on administrative and planning committees

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a health-related field
Nursing preferred, with three to five years related experience
Two or more recent years in a leadership role
Experience working with medical and allied health specialists
Program development, change management, and quality improvement experience
