Lead digital signage and technology deployments at Stingray in Montreal, using budget oversight and proactive risk mitigation across complex client projects.

Reporting to Operations Leadership, the Project Manager owns client rollouts from handoff through final sign-off. The role combines project governance, timeline creation, milestone tracking, budget management, and client alignment. You will also mentor Project Coordinators and collaborate with Account Executives, Account Managers, designers, installers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
Own rollout scoping, timelines, milestones, budgets, and final sign-off
Mentor Project Coordinators and delegate tactical project tasks
Identify delivery risks and implement creative solutions




Lead client kickoffs and executive status calls
Drive pod syncs and improve operational workflows

Requirements:
Three to five-plus years of project management experience
Experience with AV, digital signage, IT, telecommunications, or SaaS rollouts
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, NetSuite, and Salesforce
Bilingual English and French communication skills
Technical knowledge of AV systems and installation readiness
