Insight Global seeks a Senior Insights Analyst, Finance for its Finance and Decision Analytics function. You will analyze markdowns, clearance, store performance, and profitability while managing reporting workflows, dashboards, root-cause analysis, and test-and-learn measurement. The role requires financial acumen, business storytelling, and explicit communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Own analytics supporting markdown and clearance decisions
Analyze financial and store performance trends, risks, and prospects
Build Tableau dashboards and stakeholder scorecards




Investigate discrepancies across data, logic, and business rules
Translate findings into recommendations and test-and-learn guidance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field
Four to six years of relevant analytics experience
Solid SQL, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities
