Lead operational strategy for Infleqtion’s quantum technology business from Kidlington, Oxford, with adaptable home working up to two days weekly.

As Head of Operations, you will optimise processes supporting growth, efficiency, scalability, and Infleqtion’s technology roadmap. You will work across engineering, product, finance, and commercial teams to improve delivery of quantum and advanced technology solutions. The position requires strategic execution, data-driven decisions, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
