MDS and RAI coordination anchor this full time position at Manitoulin Centennial Manor in Little Current, Ontario, alongside restorative care leadership.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the MDS/RAI Coordinator supports assessment timelines, data collection, and reporting guidelines. The position teaches staff, analyzes RAI information, supports funding requirements, and develops restorative programming for eligible residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate MDS assessments for all residents within established timelines
Analyze resident, Home, and Health Zone RAI data
Teach staff about data collection and reporting requirements
Batch quarterly assessments and respond to submission errors
Develop, implement, and monitor restorative programming

Requirements:
Three to five years of long-term care experience
Experience with MDS considered an asset
Robust analytical and assessment skills
Knowledge of InterRAI and MDS/RUG III systems
Ability to lead adult learner training and education
