This Mobile Security Supervisor position supports guards, clients, and operational needs throughout multiple client locations. You will investigate incidents, complete accurate documentation, assist with staffing challenges, and provide operational updates. The schedule rotates between 0800-2000 and 2000-0800, including holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary after-hours contact for clients and security staff
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and assistance requests
- Investigate hazards, incidents, and customer concerns thoroughly




- Complete professional reports and documentation accurately
- Assist staffing shortages, scheduling challenges, and emergency deployments
