As an HSE Specialist, you will maintain the facility’s HSE management system and compliance register. You will monitor Ontario occupational health and safety requirements, prepare performance reporting, and support audits, inspections, and WSIB matters. Collaboration with operational leaders and the Joint Health and Safety Committee is central to addressing risks and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Ontario OHS legislation and regulatory requirements
- Maintain compliance registers, reporting, and corrective action records
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and WSIB documentation




- Apply the hierarchy of controls to workplace hazards
- Analyze incidents, near misses, and inspection trends

Requirements:

- Three to five years of progressive HSE experience
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
- Demonstrated incident investigation and root cause analysis experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leader-advising abilities
