JM Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator supporting group bookings, meetings, events, and client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will help convert inquiries into bookings and ensure accurate delivery. The work includes hotel tours, site inspections, event coordination, and communication across hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct hotel tours, site inspections, and property showings
- Help secure corporate, group, sports, extended stay, and banquet business
- Communicate booking details across hotel departments




- Anticipate client and guest needs with proactive solutions
- Remain available to on-site clients and address needs promptly

Requirements:

- At least two years in a hotel coordinator role
- Solid organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of internet marketing and social media
- Positive, proactive problem-solving and leadership skills
