Deliver client-centered housing support for immigrants and refugees through Association for New Canadians in Corner Brook, NL. Use case management and application expertise.

This temporary, full-time Settlement Worker (Housing) role reports to the Manager of Satellite Offices. You will support newcomers with housing applications, benefits, programs, and services. Collaboration includes Settlement staff, ANC divisions, landlords, government agencies, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Regional Settlement Coordinators with client housing needs
- Provide workshops about housing and financial advantages
- Conduct landlord outreach, recruitment, and liaison activities
- Build housing partnerships and seek funding opportunities
- Prepare narrative, statistical, and evaluation reports

Requirements:

- Knowledge of issues affecting refugees and immigrants
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Experience setting goals, timelines, and delivery methods
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
