Reporting to the Director, Facilities Management, this Engineering Technologist develops technical support for complex building systems and hospital equipment. The position combines computer applications, systems development, quality control, and asset management. It also contributes to energy management and building performance through research and procedure development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for facilities operations
- Maintain and improve complex building systems
- Support hospital equipment using computer applications
- Develop procedures from codes and technical literature




- Contribute to energy management and building performance

Requirements:

- Engineering, building, computer science, or related credential
- Five years’ recent experience supporting complex maintenance systems
- Ability to develop policies from standards and regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Willingness to upgrade skills, work overtime, and travel
