Support client and family centred care as a Registered Nurse at Vancouver Coastal Health’s Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Apply clinical judgment and CPR skills.

This Registered Nurse works independently and within an interdisciplinary care team in the Discharge Lounge. The position requires assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and explicit documentation. You will maintain clinical competence while practicing under BCCNM standards, VCH policies, and your competency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care using a best practices approach
- Assess clients and evaluate outcomes of care
- Respond to incidents under established policies and procedures
- Maintain and advance personal clinical competence




- Participate on designated committees and approved research projects

Requirements:

- Current practicing registration with BCCNM
- Demonstrated nursing practice for designated client groups
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage unexpected events
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Physical ability to perform position duties
