Drive billing and collections accuracy using Sage Intacct and advanced Excel from Banyan Capital Partners’ full-time Mississauga office.

As an Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Specialist, you will manage customer invoicing, receipts, collections follow-up, and reconciliations. Working with the Controller, you will maintain customer records and support accounting workflows. The position serves a Banyan Capital Partners portfolio company within Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review invoice completeness, coding, and sales tax compliance
- Maintain issued invoice records and supporting documentation
- Apply deposits and resolve unapplied customer receipts
- Follow up overdue balances and escalate concerns
- Match aging reports across ERP and Sage Intacct

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- One to three years in billing or collections
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTables
- Robust attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Effective written and verbal customer communication
