Coordinate receiving operations for S&S; Activewear in Toronto, Canada, applying process improvement and safety leadership during weekday shifts. Support accurate inbound workflow.

This Inbound Team Lead provides direction to receiving employees while supporting the Receiving supervisor and manager. You will help enforce procedures, communicate goals, and guide action plans. Success requires employee coaching, system learning, equipment operation, and careful attention to productivity, safety, and inventory movement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in receiving process improvement initiatives
- Support employees throughout receiving processes and functions
- Maintain productivity requirements and work with urgency




- Complete equipment safety inspection checklists daily
- Follow leadership direction and perform assigned responsibilities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Employee coaching and development skills
- Ability to learn systems, applications, and procedures quickly
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
- Availability for additional hours when business needs require
