Key Responsibilities:

- Educate employees on GMP, food safety, and safety procedures
- Check metal detectors according to standard operating procedures
- Communicate schedule, breakdown, and shift-turnover issues
- Participate with JHSC to improve safety procedures
- Minimize waste and maintain production efficiency

Requirements:

- High school diploma completion
- At least five years production-manufacturing leadership experience
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and procedural systems
- Basic scheduling and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
