This full-time director role suits an experienced communicator who understands influence and the role of faith in Canadian public life. You will engage Christian denominations, faith networks, organizations, and leaders from other communities. Your work will connect stakeholders with Cardus research, policy, events, and ideas while supporting its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify stakeholders relevant to Cardus objectives
- Develop connections advancing constructive religious voices
- Host initiatives engaging faith leaders with research
- Publish and broadcast commentary on public faith
- Support fundraising with the VP of Philanthropy

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and skilled demeanour
- Alignment with Cardus’s mission and way of thought
- Public commentary experience across media formats
- Ability to manage priorities independently and follow through
- English essential; French bilingualism a significant asset
