Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s need a retail leader skilled in loss prevention, criminal investigations, audits, and inventory loss mitigation.

As Retail Asset Protection Manager, you will report to the Regional Asset Protection Manager and protect store people, property, and proprietary information. This 12 month fixed term contract focuses on shrink and risk reduction, regulatory compliance, investigations, and consistent asset protection execution. You will also partner with inventory control and develop working relationships with police and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit stores against regional asset protection programs
- Investigate internal and external criminal activity
- Develop case files to prevent recurring losses




- Partner with inventory control to mitigate inventory loss
- Build relationships with police and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

- Two to four years in a retail asset protection role
- Criminology or business administration degree preferred
- Education and asset protection experience may be combined
- Wicklander Zulawski certification preferred
- Firearm and provincial security licensing eligibility
