Reporting to the Ground Equipment Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate a team’s daily activities while performing maintenance and repairs. The work supports operational efficiency, scheduled execution, and established safety procedures. It requires ground equipment mechanics knowledge, leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily work for ground mechanics
Maintain and repair Air Transat heavy vehicles
Maintain and repair Air Transat light vehicles
Ensure work follows schedules and operational priorities
Maintain a secure, procedure-compliant work workplace

Requirements:
Relevant ground equipment mechanics training or experience
Minimum five years maintaining and repairing ground equipment
Engaging leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to obtain RAIC and Transport Canada DA permits
Oral and written French and English proficiency
