The Summer Technology Analyst Program introduces application development within Citi’s global technology organization. You will develop code from business requirements, support testing and deployment, and use tools to test and debug solutions. Technology exposure may include back-end, front-end, mobile, generative artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop quality, scalable software solutions in agile settings
Write code consistent with established quality standards
Support testing cycles and post-production deployment activities




Test and debug code using appropriate tools
Participate in peer coding reviews and cohort training

Requirements:
Graduate between December 2027 and May 2028
Pursue a bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
Preferred GPA of 3.0 or better
Pass technical interviews with basic algorithmic programming exercises
Communicate, collaborate, adapt, and work across cultures

Develop application development skills across Citi using agile practices, technical training, testing, debugging, and scalable software engineering.
