Environmental health and safety expertise drives this Winnipeg-based position supporting facility leadership across Richardson International’s assigned region. Travel within Canada is required.

As Regional EH&S; Specialist, you will provide environmental, health and safety advice while supporting regulatory compliance. The position develops and improves programs, policies, procedures, and site-specific standards. You will also deliver training, investigate incidents, and address workplace risks across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise facility leaders on EH&S; requirements and best practices
Interpret regulations and monitor legislative changes
Improve EH&S; programs, policies, and procedures




Deliver training programs across multiple locations
Conduct investigations, audits, inspections, and corrective actions

Requirements:
Occupational Health and Safety diploma or certificate recommended
One to two years’ relevant discipline experience
Working knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel within Canada
