Lead construction planning and project engineering for Ganotec, with responsibility for schedules, cost forecasting, and field team coordination across adaptable locations.
This mid level Project Engineer supports administrative and technical construction activities within Ganotec’s Field Operations department. You will manage field and cost engineers while coordinating design, quality control, contracts, project controls, and documentation. The work supports heavy industrial projects across Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and oversee project construction phases
Manage revenue, costs, cash flow, and forecasting
Coordinate permanent design and quality control
Train engineers on submittals, RFIs,
and documentation
Maintain schedules, client relationships, and project closeout
Requirements:
Undergraduate engineering degree or equivalent experience
Five or more years of construction experience
Experience managing engineers
Ability to travel across Canada and the United States
Robust communication, organization, and analytical skills
