Use NetSuite, IFRS, and automation as a Corporate Accountant in Codix Management Ltd.’s Vancouver office. Own accounting for You Move Me locations.

Codix Management Ltd. seeks a proactive Corporate Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for 8+ corporately owned You Move Me locations. You will work with the CFO, Director of Finance, Corporate Administrator, and finance team. The work covers multi-entity reporting, reconciliations, month-end close, and business-focused analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-cycle accounting under IFRS for United States locations
Manage invoices, expenses, accounts payable, and vendor payment runs
Post payroll and standard month-end journal entries
Reconcile bank, payroll, intercompany, revenue, and balance sheet accounts




Deliver consolidated reports and variance analysis on schedule

Requirements:
Two to four years of full-cycle accounting experience
Experience with reconciliations, intercompany transactions, consolidations, and foreign currency translation
Working knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation
Hands-on NetSuite or QuickBooks experience with solid Excel skills
Eligibility to work in Canada and Vancouver office availability
