Lead Salesforce architecture and quote-to-cash systems at Aurora Solar, supporting remote teams across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Germany. As Director of Business Systems, you will lead a small experienced team and own Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, Continuous, and HubSpot. You will define architecture and roadmaps, partner with Finance and go-to-market leaders, and stay hands-on with configuration. The systems support sales-led and self-serve customers.

Key Responsibilities
Automate quote-to-cash across sales-led and self-serve purchases
Define scalable architecture for products, pricing, and geographies
Partner strategically with Finance and go-to-market leaders
Document processes, architecture, gaps, and edge cases
Own governance, vendors, budget, and SOX-ready controls

Requirements:
12+ years in business, revenue operations, or finance systems
4+ years leading teams
Hands-on Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience
Zuora and NetSuite or comparable ERP knowledge
Quote-to-cash experience in B2B SaaS Bring Salesforce depth, systems leadership, and quote-to-cash expertise to Aurora Solar’s growing commercial technology stack.
