The Manager, IT & Systems leads day-to-day operations, infrastructure, business systems, and technical support. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations and Performance, this role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership. It supports employees, business initiatives, and technology standards across locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily IT operations and technical support across company locations
Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, hardware, and software
Administer Microsoft 365, user access, permissions, and core technologies
Lead cybersecurity, risk management, monitoring, and incident response




Manage projects, vendors, assets, licensing, and technology lifecycle planning

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in information technology or a related field
Minimum five years of progressive IT experience
Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and Microsoft 365
Experience with cybersecurity practices, policies, and risk controls
Leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
