This Personal Support Worker provides resident care in a setting serving elderly people. The work includes hygiene, dressing, bathing, meal assistance, call bell response, and condition reporting. Staff receive assignments and evaluations from the RPN charge nurse and report incidents or concerns to nursing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide hygiene, dressing, and bathing care
Respond promptly to call bells and resident requests
Assist with meal preparation and serving
Report resident condition changes to nursing leadership
Practice infection control protocols

Requirements:
Community College Health Care Attendant or Personal Support Worker Certificate
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Two or more years of experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and empathy for seniors
Ability to adapt and work as part of a team
