The position combines electric propulsion expertise, warranty-cost control, and customer facility engagement. You will connect client leadership, garage operations, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee technicians performing diagnostics, parts procurement, and heavy-duty vehicle repairs
Lead Market Quality Report processes and reduce repeat failure trends

Requirements:
