As Director of Performance Marketing, you will partner with Growth Marketing to scale acquisition and build an in-house media center of excellence. You will lead performance marketers while balancing near-term revenue outcomes with longer-term demand creation. Your work will connect full-funnel media investments to pipeline, signups, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Own paid media strategy across Brand and Growth Marketing
Manage and optimize multimillion-dollar annual media investments
Scale LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, connected television, and programmatic
Improve measurement, forecasting, budget pacing, and channel allocation




Lead performance marketers and establish scalable execution practices

Requirements:
8+ years in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital media
Experience managing $30M+ annual paid media spend
Deep expertise in LTV, ROI, incremental revenue, and optimization
Hands-on expertise in video, connected television, programmatic, LinkedIn, and Meta
Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
