As an Assistant Brand Experience Leader, you will partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop associates and deliver consistent consumer experiences. You will help lead a consumer-first selling culture through coaching, product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and operational execution. The role includes leadership duties across opening, closing, coverage, and high-traffic periods.

Key Responsibilities:
Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
Set performance expectations, goals, and associate accountability
Act as leader on duty when scheduled




Implement floorset direction and bring product stories to life
Coach selling behaviors and create genuine consumer connections

Requirements:
Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail
Proven sales, consumer experience, and operational results
Ability to coach associates in the moment
Effective communication and adaptability
High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
