You will gather requirements, analyse processes, document specifications, and support digital transformation initiatives. The work spans discovery, validation, testing, implementation, and post-launch evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather functional and non-functional requirements through stakeholder workshops
Analyse services, workflows, processes, and customer journeys
Prepare user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria




Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams
Support user acceptance testing and solution validation

Requirements:
Understanding of business analysis and requirements documentation
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, user stories, and backlogs
Ability to model processes using flowcharts or BPMN
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
Approximately two to five years preferred for experienced candidates
