This full time Facilities Associate supports daily facility operations, maintenance, and workplace services. You will coordinate vendors, create service tickets, inspect facilities, and support improvement projects. The position helps maintain safe, clean, and efficient settings for employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility service activities
Identify issues, create service tickets, and track completion
Conduct walkthroughs and safety inspections, escalating urgent concerns
Coordinate vendors, materials, project updates, and stakeholder communications




Support floor plans, access badges, reception, and print services

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
One or more years in facilities support or related work preferred
Basic facility operations and maintenance knowledge
Microsoft Office proficiency and workplace technology familiarity
Robust organization, communication, customer service, and confidentiality skills
