As an IT Analyst II with Health Shared Services, you will maintain information systems and resolve complex escalated technical problems. The work includes TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and network monitoring. You will translate business requirements into technical requirements, assess vendor solutions, and support initiatives across Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and troubleshoot enterprise routers, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs
Resolve complex connectivity, routing, performance, and security issues
Manage device configurations, alerts, patching, and firmware updates
Support vulnerability assessments,



security audits, and remediation
Maintain diagrams, procedures, documentation, and incident records

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
At least five years relevant experience within the past seven years
Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, SD-WAN, and firewalls
Experience with Cisco NX-OS, Catalyst 9K, Nexus 9K, and ASR
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills
