The Quality Supervisor oversees product and service quality within Powell’s switchgear and E-house manufacturing and field servicing operations. This position develops quality procedures, monitors processes, conducts audits, and collaborates across manufacturing, engineering, sales, customers, and shipping. The supervisor also supports training, data analysis, and process recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the inspection department and assign inspection crew jobs
Develop, schedule, and implement inspection department training
Schedule customer inspections and attend pre-inspection meetings
Maintain test equipment calibration,



maintenance, and required records
Evaluate personnel and interview and test inspector candidates

Requirements:
Associate degree in a technical field required
Two years of leadership or supervisory experience required
Five years of industrial electrical experience preferred
Knowledge of IEEE standards and National Electric Code preferred
Basic Word, Excel, and Access computer skills
