As a Front of House Team Member, you welcome members, support studio operations, and maintain polished spaces. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and professionally assist members and guests
Maintain presentation standards across studios and common areas
Update guest accounts and resolve account inquiries
Conduct thorough studio tours for prospective members
Execute opening and closing procedures
