Practice full-scope general dentistry at Driftwood Dental in Smithers, BC, using restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery skills. Work independently on a predictable Monday–Thursday schedule. Driftwood Dental seeks an experienced Associate Dentist for a six-month locum starting September 2026. This full time appointment serves a busy rural practice with six operatories and two chairs for the associate. Clinical work includes bread-and-butter restorative dentistry, basic endodontics, basic oral surgery, and crown and bridge. The clinic uses Power Practice, CBCT, iTero scanning, digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, and a soft tissue laser.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver full-scope general dentistry in a high-demand practice
Perform bread-and-butter restorative dentistry




Provide basic endodontic and oral surgery treatment
Complete crown and bridge procedures
Deliver excellent patient care independently

Requirements:
Experienced general dentist with confident independent clinical practice
Graduate of an accredited DDS or DMD program
Successful completion of the NDEB Equivalency Process
Registration in valuable standing with provincial licensing requirements
