As a Dealer Services Consultant at iA Financial Group, you will improve dealer business office performance through tailored support. You will create action plans, review results, and strengthen long-term client relationships. The role includes training Financial Service Managers on iA products, compliance, sales techniques, and Unifi 2.0.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop action plans around sales targets and F&I; performance
Conduct dealer visits and identify improvement prospects
Maintain relationships and address client requests and claims
Train Financial Service Managers using the PACT/Lean method
Complete reports, administrative tasks, and expense accounts

Requirements:
Understanding of sales, business office, and dealership operations
Familiarity with Unifi, Dealertrack, Equifax, and software applications
