Key Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and grow backend and full-stack engineers
Participate in model releases and develop API capabilities
Collaborate with Modelling and Model Serving teams
Partner with UX designers on dashboard experiences
Oversee and contribute to open source projects

Requirements:
Experience managing engineering teams and delivering quality software
Experience shipping products with many stakeholders
Experience with Go, Next.js, TypeScript, and React
Passion for recruiting and growing people and teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills
