JOB DESCRIPTION: $40-$47hour - 6 month contract with extensions - 3 days/week hybrid

We are looking for an Implementation / Configuration Specialist to support increased implementation volume during a busy sales period. This is a highly client-facing and technical role responsible for managing multiple implementations simultaneously, configuring existing solutions, and guiding clients through a structured end-to-end implementation process.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can independently manage client relationships, stay organized across multiple projects, and confidently work within HCM/payroll systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Exceptional communication skills are critical
Experience managing multiple projects or implementations simultaneously
Previous system configuration or implementation experience




Robust organizational and project management skills
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to work within strict processes and implementation guidelines
Previous HCM system configuration experience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with UKG
Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
Understanding of payroll concepts, including biweekly payroll cycles and general payroll processes
