You will process policies, provide quotes, explain coverage options, and offer risk management advice. The position welcomes freshers with a valid Level 1 licence and basic exposure, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Process ICBC Autoplan transactions, plates, transfers, and renewals
Execute auto and personal lines processing through PolicyCenter
Provide accurate quotes and personalized coverage options
Handle policy changes, cancellations, counter, and phone transactions




Analyze client needs and offer sound risk management advice

Requirements:
Valid Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence
Six months of ICBC Autoplan or Personal Lines experience preferred
Familiarity with ICBC PolicyCenter and insurance procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in person at Burns Lake branch
