This hybrid role focuses on guiding teams through cloud-enabled practices and change management.As a Cloud Advisor, you will steer the People and Culture agenda in Intact’s Cloud Symphony program. Your responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap while ensuring alignment with organizational values. This position combines product ownership with essential skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication to help teams adapt to current cloud practices.Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate vision and priorities for People & Culture
Own and prioritize the product backlog for cloud initiatives




Conduct skills-gap analysis and role mapping for team readiness
Co-create targeted learning and training roadmaps
Build audience-based communication and engagement approachesRequirements:
University degree in related field with significant experience
Proven product ownership in technology transformation
Robust knowledge in change management and adoption practices
Experience in Agile, Scrum or Secure methodologies
