Reporting to the Executive Director, this full time Finance Manager provides qualified, advisory, and confidential financial duties. The position prepares budgets and reports while maintaining alignment with GAAP, audit standards, and funding agreements. It also supports policy maintenance, approval processes, banking relationships, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual program budgets and financial forecasts
Provide monthly and annual financial reports
Maintain financial management policies and procedures
Develop administration forms and approval processes




Support banking relationships and funding compliance

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or business administration
Minimum five years of accounting or finance experience
Mandatory knowledge and experience with SAGE 300
Experience developing budgets and generating financial reports
Ability to maintain confidentiality and travel as required
