This Maintenance Manager role supports the recent extruded polystyrene manufacturing facility. You will develop maintenance plans, guide the transition into regular production, and supervise hourly maintenance employees. Key Responsibilities:
Support startup activities and transition to regular XPS production
Establish safety, health, and environmental compliance processes
Facilitate root cause analyses with maintenance, production, and engineering

Requirements:
Five or more years supervising continuous process manufacturing
Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent industrial experience
Preventive maintenance program development and implementation experience
Working knowledge of CMMS and solid computer skills
Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, heat transfer, and automation systems
