As Health and Safety Coordinator, you will develop practical expertise while working alongside experienced professionals. Daily activities include workplace inspections, prevention initiatives, committee follow-up, training support, audits, and PPE compliance monitoring. The position requires regular travel between both sites, with a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Health and Safety initiatives within daily operations
- Monitor PPE compliance and safety procedures
- Help prepare and deliver training sessions
- Participate in internal audits and inspections
- Coordinate Health and Safety committee follow-up

Requirements:

- Degree in Health and Safety, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources
- Zero to three years in Health and Safety or manufacturing
- Professional, detail-oriented, cooperative approach
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities
- Vehicle required for travel between Saint-Hubert and Chambly
