This Store Manager position leads daily store execution while supporting customer service, eCommerce fulfillment, and team performance. You will establish weekly plans, monitor pricing sweeps, oversee loss prevention and audits, and ensure occupational health and safety compliance. Coaching remains central to performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan weekly sales and support-function schedules
- Monitor price changes, promotional setups, and department POP
- Deliver corporate shrink targets through education and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with LP, cash, audit, and OH&S; procedures
- Prepare teams for annual inventories and operational execution

Requirements:

- Three to five years of retail experience required
- Ability to build daily and weekly store plans
- Proven department and store team development experience
- Robust communication, organization, training, and mentoring skills
- Basic computer skills required
