This Accounts Receivable Officer oversees payment transactions, investigates discrepancies, and maintains accurate financial records. The position supports TouchNet, Global Payments, Ellucian-Colleague updates, and other payment system implementations. It also guides departments through payment procedures, testing, reporting, and system troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and reconcile cash, card, cheque, and online transactions
- Administer TouchNet and Global Payments payment systems
- Coordinate departmental e-commerce website setup and testing

Requirements:

- University degree in business, accounting, information systems, or related field
